3 oranges
2 cups finely stredded cabbage
2 Tbls finely chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped watercress or 2 Tbls chopped parsley
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of celery salt
1-1/2 tsp vinegar
Pepper to taste
Cut oranges in halves, remove pulp, leaving good firm shells. Remove all membrane; cut up oranges sections to make one cup. drain.
Combine mayonnaise with remaining ingredients; toss with cabbage mixture. Fill orange shells and refrigerate. Serve cold and crisp, garnished with watercress. Makes 6 servings.
I have never used watercress and it still turns out delicious.
